Welcome to Pure Ink Tattoo. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules, regulations, and agreements governing your use of our services, booking desk, and website located at http://localhost:5000.

By booking a session or submitting an inquiry form, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not utilize our booking desk.

1. Age Limit Requirements

Pure Ink Tattoo maintains a strict, zero-compromise age limit policy to comply with local health safety regulations:

• Tattoos: You must be at least 18 years of age to receive a tattoo. No exceptions will be made, regardless of parental consent. A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License) must be presented at the desk.
• Body Piercing: Minor clients under the age of 18 require physical parental or legal guardian presence and written consent to receive a piercing.

2. Services & Custom Design Rights

We pride ourselves on drafting original bespoke artwork. All design templates, custom sketches, and artwork prepared by Pure Ink Tattoo resident artists remain the intellectual property of the studio and cannot be reproduced elsewhere without explicit consent.

Client reference images are utilized strictly as design inspiration; we do not copy other tattooists' work verbatim.

3. Payment & Online Billing (Razorpay)

Payments for booking deposits, custom tattooing sessions, and courses can be executed digitally via our payment partners (including Razorpay, card networks, and UPI).

• All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Any payment gateway fees, tax rates, or surcharge adjustments will be transparently outlined during checkout.
• Secure data transmission is encrypted under SSL certificates provided by our partners.

4. Customer Physical Preparation

Clients are expected to arrive in proper physical condition for their sessions. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:

• Is under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or chemical stimulants.
• Has sunburns, open eczema, or severe skin conditions on the target placement zone.
• Exhibits hostile, abusive, or unprofessional behavior towards our studio staff.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and any service agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of services rendered shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tinsukia, Assam.
